I was told to message you guys here about the problem with the sound on my videos. I am a professional music artist with a business account, the videos I have uploaded with my music in it become distorted badly after uploading. I notice the distortion happens around 3 to 7 days after the video has been uploaded. I am uploading 1080p videos from my phone. Check my video uploaded 4/21 (https://www.tiktok.com/@ellaye_real/video/7089199596437622062?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc&web_id=7053589855477696001) for an example of what I mean (this problem is on all the videos I uploaded). The sound is distorted so bad it's making it impossible for me to promote my music on your platform. I have spent thousands of dollars on ads with TikTok, to find out days later the sound quality was distorted heavily. This is a major business concern, and I would like to have the sound restored on all of my videos back to their original quality.
